My New Baby.....

For the most part everything went smooth and quick.

Mods so far... Blacked out Scuttles & 4" Tails (thanks Geoffrey for the help), Hazard GoBadge, Red Calipers (front still to be done),
$10 cup holder phone mount (awesome). Free from dealer...Tint, All Weather Mats & Black Jack Caps.
Still to do... I really would like to lower it. The gap between the tire and well just drives me nuts, almost as much as those tiny tail pipes did.

Love everything so far. Am getting an average of about 32 mpg with mostly highway driving with the sport button off on the first tank
(had all of 3 miles on it when I picked it up). I use the Aux jack to play my mp3 and it works great and was free . RF tires are a little rough and noisy,
but not too bothersome. I will change to regular ones when these have served their purpose. Congrats to all the present and future owners,
we have a classic in our midst!

Red brake calipers Can you give more info on the iphone cup holder mount?

Looks fab! I'm so anxious to get mine. I like those seats with your exterior.

this is the one the Mcup....
http://shop.ebay.com/?_from=R40&_trk...All-Categories

I found someone selling it for 10.99 at the time, but the prices vary alot.
I researched alot of holders and there are many inexpensive ones that
work good, but I liked the minimal profile of this one and it works great.

Very nice. I love to hear of that high of mpg, especially with it being not even broken in yet.

I posted more info on the tips in the photo section. They are a generic brand. Geoffrey told me there is no need to pay the high price for a brand like Magnaflow. Most shops will have the same pipes by a generic manufacture that supplies them.

Congrats!

Of course I'm going to tell you to do the beltline and rings in black!

I'll look over in the Mods section for Caliper painting info, if it's not there you better post something!!

I looked again, forgot you got Chrome Line. Scratch the blackout suggestion. Joey Modding the Headlights would look fantastic though. No post on Calipers. Give it up!

LOL, as you were hounding me for info I was out doing the fronts....

A good shot of them, the scuttle and caps.
The calipers are very easy to do. Get the G2 caliper paint from ebay.
Reviewed as the best DIY caliper paint out there. There is a video on You
Tube of how to do it. Pretty much idiot proof, so I was able to do it
More than enough to do about 12 of the Countrymen Calipers, so split it up
and save some for later (hopefully it will keep for a while).

At some point I think I am going to try a red, black, or pewter carbon
fiber viper stripe, but not right away. Leaning towards the red.

Just got the mats....

Doing some of the LED's now...

Is the mCup compatible with the iPhone 4?? I went to the manufacturers website, and when I searched the iPhone 4 specifically, it's not listed.

I have a Samsung Fascinate and it fits in it snug , but not too tight with the largest side panels that come with it. Check the width of the iPhone 4 against the Fascinate or check some of the reviews with a Google search and you should be able to be sure if it will fit.

My phone is 64mm wide.

Experimenting with different LED's.....

Really liking the Red in the footwells.
Stock bulb is on the rear door.
Put a cool white in the dome and it looks fantastic.
Looks more blue on the pic than it really is....

This might seem like an off the wall question, but how long did it take for the paint to dry?

Depending on conditions, dries in about 15 minutes (enough to touch without
any paint coming off). I forget the curing time, their website probably has it.
