With all due respect, I generally steer clear of after market stuff with big mfg logos. If I like something well enough, I'll tell people where I got it.

If you're interesting in more feedback - It'd be nice to have them in white also to match the headliner, and some video showing it being put in place would be good as I have no feel for how it's used...

I'd have to agree. Either remove the logo, or, at the very least, make it more subtle and I'll buy one. By the looks of it now, I'd be the most prominent part of the interior!

I won't consider it with the logo that large.

I think what we can learn from this thread is that all manufacturers should submit designs for approval on NAM before production. :-)

Free stuff from conventions have logos plastered all over them but if you are paying for the item it should not be a big advertising billboard for the product, looks tacky.

Perhaps this year's SI cover girl in 2 poses showing off her bodywork would garner more enthusiasm.
Of course, that would also garner more bodywork.

Here's my 2 cents worth. I got the shades delivered before the Countryman. The logos didn't bother me, really don't look too profound up there under the factory screen. The little suckers do a really good job of reducing the heat... until they tear.

I'd seen online where you can open the roof with the screen on... don't do it. It was all tucked around the edges as recommended but still the suction cups catch, so off went the first one for replacement.

The replacement came after returning the ripped one. Yesterday, with cooler weather I took down the rear one, when pulling the front one it ripped around one of the suction cup holes. There should be some sort of reinforcement where the plastic suction cup grommets go, especially when I got the front windshield and two side shades for seven bucks at Costco. I'm into Zippee for sixty bucks with shipping, replacement etc. and have one good shade left. I don't mind paying a premium and always do (top of the line tints, 900 for full front 3M paint protection, etc.) but from my experience there's lots of room for improvement in quality, maybe even something that just wedges in without the suction cups with tabs that hang up and cause tears.

Dear DanTheFireman,

I read your comments and I'm sorry to hear that you are only left with 1 good shade. Unfortunately rips and tears to our fabric can happen and we have recognized this issue, which we have plans to correct in our future inventory. In the meanwhile we would be happy to replace your damaged shades for free once again. Please let me know your information so we can process your replacement. Sorry again for the inconvenience and I look forward to your response.

Awesome idea, but I definitely wouldn't buy it with the logo on it!

The logo really isn't very noticeable once you close the mesh screen. I've had one for a few years in my R53 and I've never had any problems with it. I don't notice the logo and it's never come off while driving with the sunroof open.

Now I'm just glad not to have a sunroof.

It's nice to see that the company at least responds to negative posts in a positive, professional manner. Thanks Zippee.

In hot climates you need something up there and this is the best solution I've seen so far. My handheld temp gun showed a 20 deg+ temp reduction on a hot day. Maybe the next gen shades from Zippee will be more durable AND have smaller logos for those who prefer.
