Please share your pix of tinted convertibles and what percentage. I'm concerned that with less glass in the cabin darker tint will make it gloomy when top is up - which of course is mainly when the windows are up too.

Illinois is legal for 35% max all around fwiw. I'm thinking that should be just peachy.

 

I just got mine done yesterday. It was a suprise for me & I didn't give much input besides, I wanted 5% on the back & the 6" front strip. (because I didn't know it was being done)

Come home to find Limo 5% all around

It looks GREAT and it's perfect out in the sun, but at night, too dark.

Monday I am getting the driver/passenger windows stripped and 20% put on like my other car. Seems the perfect combo for me.

I want to wash him & get some pictures of the 5% all around before I put the 20% on, so I should have pictures up in a day or two.

Went out on lunch to snap some pictures. The snow/sun was reaking havoc on my phones camera (EVO) The top picture was the best I could get before having to head back to work, but it shows off the brow tint (5%)



I Went home and shot a couple more pictures of the 5%




Hopefully tonight it will be light enough to get a picture of the 20% on the door windows. I kept 5% on the front, back & little windows.

22% all windows and banner stripe, MI not even 35% is legal but o well.
Bah now if i could only get these dumb pics to post right LOL

 

With Picasa, you have to click the download button to go full screen, then use the link in the address bar as the direct link for posts.

I like the rally lights. and the 22% looks great too!

 

Thanks. Updated from this pic, added forge intercooler and made all the front chrome to Body color, need new pic but in the garage til snow is over in MI.
