AWESOME!!!!!!
Now try not to become too obsessed with tracking it and finding out every detail of the Countryman and Mini's in general.
I tried, but gave in almost instantly

I wish people would stop calling it Pure Orange...

Red whatever

Just because it isn't the same old MINI red it's still red. The old MINI red isn't the same as the old old Mini red on my '63 and I ain't fussing. Anyhow the car is to please my wife and I, we like the Pure Red, and we really..........oh never mind!

Can't wait to get it and thanks for the welcome.

Later

Smile Me too!

I ordered an All4 on Monday as well! Mine is Cosmic Blue with a white roof and bonnet stripes. I ordered nearly every option. I will have a carbon black leather interior with the polar beige color line. I'm coming from a 2003 BMW X5. It will be quite a shock.

Three tracking results today:
Online: "On order"
Automated phone: "In Production to be completed on February 17"
Person on phone: "In Production"

I've ordered every new car that I ever bought, but this seems to be the most exciting.

Does anyone have a "time line" from ordering a Countryman? Since it is coming from Austria to Texas, I'm guessing I'll get it about the Ides of March?

Brian

Times will vary and at any point you could get delayed. Mine went pretty smooth. Look at my sig for the times. My MA emailed today and said delivery will be next week. YIPEEEEE!!!

So the late middle of March is a good estimate if everything goes smoothly.

Another Texan CM coming our way - welcome.

Look at my sig for my timeframe. Hopefully I am only a couple weeks away. Seems like the Ides would be a good estimate.

The level of information you can get from MINI Assist is dependent on the individual customer service rep you talk with. If the first one doesn't seem to be able to help then call again later.

Wednesday?!

I make sure to call every morning as I make coffee, and every night before dinner.

I do talk to the same CSR a lot, and have gotten to know several as well as you can in 5 minute phone call.

For example, one CSR (who shall remain nameless) really likes the Countryman, and has test driven it but not yet decided to buy. He said they have one displayed in front of their building where they work.

Just as an FYI I believe the call center is based out of Columbus, OH. Nice that it doesn't go overseas.

So cool to meet others with almost the exact same timeline as me! I ordered my CM-S on the 7th. My baby got her coat of paint yesterday, and is getting Quality checked today. I have my fingers crossed that she will be able to make the ship leaving Bremerton on Feb. 23rd, or the next one on the 24th. Both of those ships arrive in the port here in Georgia on March 14th. If that all works, I'll get to meet her just in time for my 40th birthday on March 25th!

Seems we ordered our MINIs on the same day. I'm curious how close they were in production. The last two VIN digits of my ALL4 are 01. Is this close to yours?

Well, Heathcliff has been built for a few days, and is patiently waiting for his ship to pick him up! Order was placed on the 1st of February, if that helps anyone figure anything out. My last three VIN digits are 231.

Keep saying to yourself "patience is a virtue"!

Looks like your MINI was built 70 cars before ours which is VIN 301

It's amazing the level of detail some of you have with your Mini. The Ask Mini number said that from now on that I need to get my info from my Dealer because it is part of his stock once it reaches the port in Europe. I want more info, but all my dealer is telling me is that it will be here in "about a month". It kills my enthusiasm a bit. Are you getting all your info from talking to people at ASK MINI?

This thread has amazing information and links on how to track your order:
https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...d-updated.html

Once your car has left the factory, the ASK-MINI number is apparently useless. Your MA can tell you when your car has left port, and on what ship. From there, you can use the links above to track its progress across the pond. If your car is on a WW ship, you can also track it/find out the ship by entering hte VIN on the WW site.

Thanks @atlchica. What is your CM's status? My VIN ends in 3755.

They should update that page for us CM folks as well. I can't find mind in the WW tracking yet. There were ships scheduled for both yesterday and today. I'm still hoping. I think there is another one next Monday and Thursday.

My VIN ends in 8413. Are the VIN numbers contiguous?

My status on the website still says "Awaiting Transport", and my VIN still isn't showing up on the WW tracking website. What port is yours being delivered to? It sounds like we may end up on the same ship. Mine is going to Brunswick, GA.
