I just had my ACL surgery on my left knee yesterday and it went well. I'm felling the pain today though. I really wanted to race go carts at the end of the month, but this is gonna put a damper on that. But the worst part, mini me has a clutch so I can't drive her for probably at least a month. Oh well, it'll be more fun when I get to drive her again. Take a drive for me ok?

Glad to hear the surgery went well. Don't jump back in to soon and hurt it as that can make for a much longer wait.

You will be back to zipping around the cul de sacs soon.
Sounds like you will have a bit of time to plan more mods for your car..

Glad things went well! How did you damage the tendon?

Kind of a long story about the injury, should have died. Someone was watching over me that day. I run a mowing crew and was on a big commercial mower just after it rained, only because boss wanted me to. Was on a slight slope, and at the end of the slope was a small cliff, about 15 feet dropoff to a creekbed. To put the story short I went straight off the cliff because the grass was slippery because it was wet. The mower went straight down and flipped over on top of me. The only thing that saved me was a tree stump in the bottom of the creek bed. When the mower hit the botttom I slid off the seat and when it flipped the seat landed exactly on the tree stump. So I only injured my knee. I also had what they call an impaction fracture of the tibial plateau, basically an indentation on the top of my calf bone. Also I had some broken cartilage that the surgeon had taken out during the surgery. So all in all I am lucky to be able to motor again one day. Please excuse any typing errors or bad english, Vicotin has some weird side effects.

By the way ernesto, I'm always on the lookout for those cul-da-sacs now
