How to get codes??

I have a 02 MC and the check engine light came on today...how do i get the codes? In my last car i could turn the key over 3 times(on and off) and the code would pop up on the odometer..Thanks in advance!

Unless you live in CA, go to your friendly local AutoZone. They will read the codes for free.

Or get a ScanGauge II and read them yourself.

Try you local parts stores to see if they will scan it for you.

Or in the future you can use a ScangaugeII.
