Do you know if they make a side marker for both sides that instead of the S, says something like turbo?

No.

Mini however makes many other options for side scuttles that you can see in the dealer catalogue.

Companies like Out Motoring, Moss Mini, Mini Mania etc all have different versions of the scuttle. Look on line with these companies or through the NAM vendors.
