Your aero kit looks fantastic! Did you have that installed after delivery or was it put on at the vdc? Just curious on pricing.

Awesome! I saw a white one with the kit during the CM's tour around the USA. I like it except for the exhaust part on the rear, and the little diffuser in the middle.

Other then that, lookin' good!

The painted wheel arches are fantastic! Did you have them painted or was it part of the kit?

Thanks! I took delivery with the kit installed. I paid around $6G for the kit and driving lights, installed.

Thanks TunaBall. I see we share the same taste in goodness. The driving lights are amazing! I'll burn the eyelids of on coming drivers so you got to take it easy and make sure no cops are ahead of you. Even if these lamps are original Mini components they are not what we call street legal (I asked the dealer before purchasing) but I just couldn't resist.

OK, that kit for $6G is not worth it. I think the countryman is amazing, but I paid a grand total of $4000 for a carbon fiber boot lid, front diffuser, and rear diffuser for my e92 M3. If you start to push $50k for a countryman, I think it would be almost more worthwhile to pick up a 2009 e90 M3...yes way different vehicle, but I am just pointing out that $50k can - and should - buy a lot more car than a countryman. That's price gouging at its best.

Thanks for the opinion RocknRolla. I did think of getting an M3 2 years ago but I had already purchase an e93 335 when they first came out around 2007 (couldn't wait for the M3's) and to date it only has 9,500 kms on it so when the dealers told me how much they will take the car as a trade I decided to just purchase the M-tech bodykit and a set of Work Gnosis to go with it... I attached some pics to share since we all appreciate cars.
Enjoy guys!

I guess so, huh!? With taxes and all that dealer @#$% the total tab was a few bills under 60. I'm not from the US... Cars, accessories and everything else here in Canada cost a lot more than what people would have to pay across the boarder, not to mention taxes, ey.

IWC, where are you located? I am in Edmonton.

Wow, a shade under $60K??? I just built on with the options that I would like and was very surprised to see the total around $50K. I may have to think twice about this. I plan on using the vehicle to carry some business advertising, so I may pull the trigger regardless, but $50K can buy so many other good cars. I think that is more of a statement on how far the auto industry has come in terms of the quality of offerings.

BTW, your convertible is stunning. I have attached a pic of my M3.

That's a sweet ride you got there! Great job RocknRolla!
Yep! With options it adds up $$$. What's interesting is if you compare Mini Canada to Mini USA, in the States you can pick and choose/order specific items without getting the whole package.
Youre absolutely right $50K will get you so many other good cars but it ain't a Mini... I was initially going to get an A4 Turbo but it just didn't have personality. A mini in my opinion is timeless! It will be a good marketing strategy for you I think. I've had 8 thumbs up in the last week. I think the countyman looks alot better in person than on screen.
I'll post some pictures of our classic Mini for you guys when I find the time.
Reg my location: GO Canucks GO! Would be a dead give away, ey!?

Any online dealers sell the Aero package yet? $2,000+ is a bit pricey for a little lip kit and exhaust tips.

I looked into that but a friend of mine who has a shop explained to me for original kits in this case JCW, they would have to get it through BMW at a discount (which is not much). The one way you can really save is through labor. Don't have it made throught your dealer.
My case was kindda different the car I bought was suppose to be for the Countyrman launch so it was made for the event when I decided to purchase the vehicle they showcased a different Countryman (without the JCW kit). Kudos to my rep and dealer for doing that for me!
