CEL and tcs light after pulley install

I went to install the pulley today via the alta instructions and had my buddy help me. And at some point in time the ecu got disconnected before the battery could be disconnected. Im not sure if that is causing the issue but now whenever i go to start the car the mini stalls and takes a few seconds to start which has never happened also the check engine light and TCS light came on. I have not had a chance to read the codes but any idea of what it could be.
I know the battery needs to be disconnected before anything but i think my buddy thought it was disconnected already, but its to late, please help

Make sure everything is plugged in properly and leave the battery disconnected for a few minutes. Maybe it is just a loose connection.
