Cold start fixed in 2011?

Hello all. Would anyone happen to know if the 2011 MINI Cooper S's suffer from the same cold start rattle that the R56 had? The lease on my 2008 Cooper S is up in 11 months and I would like to know if I should be getting one of the new ones.
