Leatherette sport seats cleaning

I have the leather-leatherette sport seats (dark grey leather outers and dark reddish leatherette innards) and want to find a good cleaner as the front seats are starting to get mucky. But it's the leatherette part that needs the cleaning.

Here's the spec from the build up sheet..." STOFF/LEDER MOLETTE/TARTAN ROT/SCHW (FDTN) "

What are you guys using to clean up leatherette? It doesn't have that leather feeling.

Meguiars really works.
That's the only cleaner and wax that I'll use.

Leatherette is vinyl. So you can kinda use whatever you want on it, within reason. I tend to use good soapy water for any clean-up, then follow with a good conditioner like Prima Nero.

What ML said, but I'd use a 50/50 Nero Mix or 303 Aerospace Protectant straight!!

Stupid Noob question but can I use the same stuff on the entire seat? I was afraid of the little side sections getting stained.

On "entire" Seat...I thought the same thing at first, but it just dries, as long as you use the 50/50 Nero or 303 anything else and I can't tell you what the results would be.

Try a plastic/vinyl cleaner, with a sponge, or a bristle brush. I try really hard not to use any "vinyl protectant" on the seats, it makes them to shinny & slippery. Plus it can attract dirt.

If you have a 50/50 seat, you can just use a leather cleaner on the whole seat. It's a little more expensive, & might be a little mild on the vinyl, but is easier, & quicker.

I really like LatherMaster strong cleaner ( dirty seat, or neglected), or Einszett leather cleaner for normal cleaner/conditioner. Even the Griot's leather care wipes are good for quick cleanups.
