Wheel and tire size would be good to know too as it affects the look of the drop.

Kids car has H&R springs with General Exclaim UHP 205-45-17

My Clubman has Eibach springs and it's running Continental Extreme Contact DW(not the S) in a 215-45-17

The spring rate is just a little firmer than OE but I think the ride is a little better, the reason I like them is that they are linear like the OE springs and not progressive like others out there. With the slightly larger tires I have a bit of rubbing in the back but nothing big. I have put about 15k highway miles on them and been on a few mountain drives with them, no complaints and I think they are a great value. I am kind of surprised you don't hear these mentioned more often on the forums as a viable option.
