R90's ?

I need a hand recognizing these wheels before purchase. I'm almost certain they're r90's but I would like confirmation from this awesome forum first.

Those look like Aftermarket wheels. If you look on the back of the wheel (if you can) R90s have a BBS imprint in them.

The only picture I have of my R90s is this, you can see the differences.

I do see a difference, thank you. My problem is the wheels are in the next town over & I can't inspect them before meeting with the buyer.

Just ask the buyer and tell him to send you a cell pic for proof.

I would bet that they're _not_ OEM MINI wheels. The area around the MINI center cap is raised. The OEM R90 doesn't have that feature. In fact, it actually concave.

Also, the four "Y"s on the R90 terminate in the corresponding four holes in between each lug hole. If that makes any sense. You can see it clearly here:

Here's a MINI wheel reference guide:

Regarding any MINI wheel's authenticity, ask for photos of the backside of the wheel where they're stamped with "MINI" or the model number.

Not ADR rims (would have 7 more bolts on the rim)

Definitely ASA Ar2, comes in anthracite finish

ASA Ar 1 comes in Chrome and in Silver painted

ASA Ar 3 is black finish
