Installing an Aftermarket Head Unit (+Aftermarket Amp) through the old H/K

Is there a step by step process someone can help me with when I get My Kenwood x993, Clarion Amp, and Door speakers? I have a H/K Setup so I will need to reroute "stuff" since the old H/K amp is in the rear. Please let me know. I could have the shop do everything but I think they will charge me over $350 for everything. Maybe more.

EDIT: The shop told me this process is called "BYPASSing the Harman/Kardon System"
