I was just wondering if anyone could point me in the right way to find steps to remove a few items on my R56 S. (07) I'm attempting to do the plasti dip, and want to do it right, so i plan to remove the following items. Head light trim, grill surrounds, tail light trim, and gas cap. Any advice is welcome! Thanks!

Try searching a little bit next time please.
Any question further than this just ask I did mine a few weeks ago. The stuff is very forgiving.
