Another owner and I are collecting names for a class action lawsuit. The attorney has been hired, we are just in the process of collecting names/contact info of mini owners whose CVT has failed. That is the only criteria for now.

If interested in joining our small but growling list of owners, please submit your contact info to jamiejoyslovick@yahoo.com and include the year of your car and the approx mileage when the tranny failed.

 

I thought someone already tried doing this? Maybe you might want to contact him/her to pool your list of upset owners.

 

I own a 2004 Automatic R50. I have had some mild transmission problems in the past but no catastrophic failure. I would love to have some more info!
