Speaker Cover Removal?

I bought the Chrome Kit for the Doors and Cup Holders and have a problem removing the larger 5 inch Old Covers. It looks Like they pull straight out.
I tried but feel if I keep prying it will break or scratch the cover or Door panel.

Anyone ever remove the Speaker cover?

The large speaker covers are molded to the door panel with melted plastic rivets so there no popping them off. You'll need to pull of the entire panel and go from there.
