White Silver Cooper

I think i'm going to order this color on my 2011 S tomorrow. They had 2 eclipse greys come in on a truck while i was there. They have a few 2011's available for test drives including this one at Brian Harris Mini.

Nice pic. Those wheels look like the 16 inch ones and look great. This is a good start, lets make this the Official 2011 Pic thread!

I did. I drove a Horizon Blue Cooper S 6 speed. First thing I noticed was how plain/blah the horizon blue looks. Not a fan at all. I'll take a pic tomorrow when I go back to place my order.

So the clutch and overall feel to the drivetrain are different. Much smoother. And I swear the clutch felt slightly lighter than my 08. Me and the salesman tried like hell to hear the burple-pop while letting it rev down in gear. It took us a while, but we were finally able to hear it while holding first gear and letting it idle back down. Maybe the car wasn't completely warmed up, but I was a bit thrown off by how hard it was to make it burple-pop.

I did notice the engine seemed to rev faster and smoother. Felt more refined than my 08. Steering, suspension, etc all felt the same.
I absolulty love the striped alloy on the interior (option). You really have to see it in person. The online pics don't do it justice.

The cooper S i test drove had the standard checkered. Sorry, just my opinion, but it looks worse in person than on the configurator.

the strip silver alloy really makes a good contrast of the black interior. now, would a like a more dark/black interior with the checker trim or go with contrasting silver alloy trim

keep up the pics upload, we really appreciate it. the horizon blue does look great at night under those lighting conditions.

I really like what they did with the bonnet. The new lines coming back from the hood scoop give it a more aggressive look (as much as that's possible!)

I test drove an 09 clubman s first, sorting out that the car felt enough like my old r53 and had enough extra space in the back for the baby, etc etc. So when I went in to order an 11 there weren't any at the dealer yet, so I ordered without seeing or driving it. On my way out, they got their first 11, a clubman s with white silver package. It was pretty stunning.

Sorry, didn't have a camera with me, but they had a justa cooper in BRG 2 and it looked nice--half-way between BRG and canaught (sp?) green. It was one I was considering and I would've been quite happy with it! It'll be a couple more weeks before I'm back at a dealership to take photos, but I'd give it a

I snapped this real quick. I'll have to get out in the sun to get some better interior pics, but here's the center console. I ended up with one of the "limited edition" models with the free visual boost radio and bluetooth, so I've got the screen that the Nav/Connected models will have. You can kind of make out the black/silver checkered trim to the sides of the console.

rev...first of all, congrats on your new 2011! other than the fact that you got these features for free (which is awesome btw), how can you actually use the screen if you don't actually have the nav/connected options? sorry if this is a stupid question. happy motoring!

According to Gabe at MotoringFile, Visual Boost is available as a standalone option outside of the US. It allows you to control the stereo, a bluetooth phone, and some of the vehicle options as well as get vehicle status information through the screen.
