The ONE must have option in your MINI?

Okay MINI owners (or soon to be) out there. You've bought your MINI or going to buy one. Let's hear it. What is the ONE must have option the has to be on the car or else it's a deal breaker? Let us know your reason for it - practical or not. Please don't include 'package' since they have more than one options.

XENONS
I must have xenons. it's aesthetically pleasing to my eyes and practically light up the road ahead of me.

Can't pick just one. Next one's gotta have premium sound, cold weather package, blue tooth & iPod adapter, and auto A/C. This one I got now didn't have auto A/C, and I really miss it. But I'd miss all the other stuff it does have if it didn't.

Option:

#1 option that I would NOT have is the sunroof. I have an '11 Clubman, which I ordered more than 2 months ago. BRG2. Have owned a few Coopers, I can say that I always regretted the sunroof. The puny mesh screen made only a slight dent in keeping the heat out. Sometimes they would rattle. Footnote: The '11's now have a 30 tint. This should help a bit. My must haves are the Getrag manual trans, which is an exceptional transmission, & the H-K sound, now that sat radio is standard, and most are coming thru with the blue-tooth/iPod connection.

Leather seats

Honestly when I bought my MINI a few weeks ago that was truly one of my "must have" options. It limited my selection from many to few real quick. Fortunately there was a single JCW hardtop on the lot that had leather and a whole lot more.

"Limited Slip Diff"

Yes, and by golly, it's no longer available because enough people didn't order it.

Picking just one option is an extremely difficult choice, but if I only had one pick, I would have to say this time around I would pick the automatic tranny option. I love the mannual tranny, but on long trips my better half my have to drive, and she will not destroy the tranny if its an automatic.

Someone correct me if im wrong but rather than make it an option I believe the new cars actually have an electronic locking unit as standard equipment.

The electronic diff is a joke....and it not actually a true mechanical diff.

Happy I have an 08, with the real one.

If you have an iPod, the iPod/Bluetooth option is a must.

Drove a convertible S loaner around for the last two weeks.
Had BT and USB which mine does not (LOVE the BT)
Didn't have cruise control which drove me insane.
Didn't have auto climate control (meh, didn't miss it that much)

Sooooooooooo...I dunno, BT and Cruise maybe?

If we are not talking about specific Model Choices Justa, S or JCW, I would have to say my favorite option is the Xenons, followed by my choice to pick factory web spokes in the sport package.

Ordering a MINI was the best choice for me, I got everything I wanted and nothing I didn't so to be honest I love all my options.
