As the title says...Everyone in Baltimore is complaining the people over at the New MINI of Baltimore are doing terrible maintenance jobs, their service is terrible and nothing comes out correct. I have given them two tries and each time the MINI has come out with another problem.

I feel your pain! A few people have had decent luck with Mini of Annapolis.

Check in at C3M(Central Maryland Mini Motorists) or DCMM(DC Metro Minis). Those folks may have some ideas.

 

I've had fantastic service with Mini of Annapolis.Ask for Jason.He's the head shop forman.He's very knowledgeable and better yet he owns a Mini MCS.Most honest shop I've dealt with in years.Just make sure you get Jason to work on your car
