Alta Alternator Underdrive Pulley for my R50?
Ive noticed alta performnace makes an alternator underdrive pulley for r50s, will it make any noticeable diferrence at all?

I may be wrong, but I believe that is to be used in conjunction with the 2% crank pulley so it doesn't spin your alternator too fast.
I can't really help you on an R50 besides tell you to get an R53 and there is a WORLD of upgrades for it and most are cheap.

ViperGTS is correct - the only purpose for an underdrive pulley on an alternator is so that you don't overspeed it if you're running a larger crank pulley.
The physical load that the alternator places on the engine depends on the electrical load of all the car's devices, so spinning the alternator slower wouldn't really reduce its parasitic drag on the engine.
