No smoke after using Seafoam

Hey, I just used Seafoam in my R53 (about 1/3 of the can) and let it sit for about 20 minutes. I turned it on, revved it, and no smoke. My car has about 53k on it. Did I do something wrong?

With 110K miles on mine, I had smoke for about 2 minutes, and then it was clean as a whistle.

Ok, just wanted to make sure I didn't do something wrong haha. Yeah, my car had one owner before me who kept all of the papers on the car (including the invoice), so it's believable that this car would have no crazy buildup . Thanks!

I was thinking about using Seafoam.....Where is the best place to put it in? I've got 100,500 miles on my 2002 MCS. Thanks in advance!

Let it sit for an hour. The longer you let it sit the more smoke. Mine smoked like crazy when I did it for the first time at 35k miles.

While I don't want to sound contrary, but, for me, I let the wifes sit for close to an hour and got no smoke. They I did mine after about 20 minutes and it was a fog machine, so, my experience had nothing to do with time. YMMV
