How to close air filter cover?
How to close air filter cover?
Went to check out the air filter on my '04 Justa Cooper last night. I noticed the top cover is held on by two allen screws on the right side (when looking from the front) but it didn't seem like there was anything holding it down on the left but the hose. In fact, if I pulled up on it, I could get the left side to move up 1/8 of an inch or so.
It looked like there were some kind of clips that were supposed to be engaged along the edges, but I couldn't figure out how to make them work. It looks like the last person to check the air filter couldn't either, since it was loose when I found it.
Is it supposed to be like that, or am I missing something?

Hmmm... pretty sure mine doesn't have those loops any more. Makes more sense now!
Anybody know a fix for this, besides just replacing the whole thing? Is there some kind of clamp I can get that will secure that left side?
