I'm likely to be in the Mahwah area on business next month and was thinking about having my 1 year service done at Prestige MINI while I am nearby. Basically I'm trying to avoid taking a day off work to do a 5 hour round trip drive to return to the dealer where I purchased the car. So, is Prestige an OK place or ??

 

I have found them to be excellant, you may want to call to set the appointment though

 

Prestige is an outstanding dealer. I have worked with 4 MINI service departments. If I had anything other than routine work, Prestige is where I would take it.

Bought and serviced two minis with them. They are great. They might be able to do a loaner car if You ask.

 

As it turned out, my schedule got changed such that I won't be able to do the MINI service...

 

Great place to buy a car and have it serviced. I have had my issues with them over the past 21 months. But they always come through for me in the end. The do resolve the issues but it usually takes a few times.

I would buy another car from them and I will continue to have my car serviced there.
