I didn't even buy anything from him, yet M7 called me to discuss some questions I had and to clarify some points. Now, that's service! M7 seemed very professional on the phone and I came away with a very positive impression.

I concur. I have called Peter a couple of times and he's right there to answer. AND, if he doesn't have the answer at his fingertips he is up front and honest about it.

BUT, I do have a bone to pick with him right here and now: Today when I called him to ask a question about the installation on my Venom nitrous kit he was sitting in an outdoor cafe sipping a coffee and I was freezing my ***** off here in Massachusetts at about 30 degrees. Now that REALLY ticked me off

CCM: Haha that last part sounds quite accusing.

You know, I am really Curious about M7. It'd really be friggin nice if I could see anything but a spinning MCS on a blue field. VERY inaccessible web site.

All,

I agree. I have found Peter most responsive and helpful on the telephone. I think that it is very difficult for anyone to be "open" on Internet forums. Like a celebrity with too much exposure. It is very easy to be misunderstood and "hurt". I am planning to purchase some prototype and early release products from Peter and anticipate a continuing good relationship.

That faint blur below the car is the "Enter" button.

Click on it and the car will stop and you will enter the sight.

I really loved macromedia stuff when it first came out but I bypass it all now.
However, this is a really nice job Peter!

Wonderful work M7, excellent support means alot.
Looking forward to learning more about your product lineup as you release them.

One thing about your website. It is possible that some of us with old, old computers don't have the latest flash software needed to access your site. I know- time for them to get modern stuff but it's just something to consider when you want to reach as many potential customers as you can.

You don't find too many vendors who give you a call, without even asking for your phone number. Now, that's going the extra mile!

Well, I didn't buy anything, so no need to pay him. Did he ask any of you guys your age? I found that a bit odd. Ah well.

well im in torrance LA (tranning, im from Atlanta) and he is located pretty close by and invited me to a deal in orange county, even going to let me ride in his mule, i got a PB from him some time ago and the service was great then, but for him to ask/invite me ( i guess he felt sorry for me ) cause im out of town and missing my mini. nice on the phone, now ill get to meet him in person.

I think most of the vendors are great people, we (mini comunity) are generaly pretty hard and demanding bunch. the first time I spoke with Randy i was impressed also, and then meet him at a pulley party and even more impressed, im sure that Peter will leave the same impression.

these guys pamper our love of Mini's and i beleive that for the most part they are trying to do the right thing, and most of them go the extra mile to help and advise us on all kinds of things.

Some people have taken offense to my comment, so I have removed it out of courtesy. I would appreciate it if those same people would refrain from calling me at work, out of courtesy as well.
