I went to fill up my washer reservoir and the fluid went straight out and on to the garage floor. Since the reservoir is entirely enclosed, I doubt that anything hit it and punched a hole in it. And also, since the reservoir is entirely enclosed, how the heck do I get to it? It looks like I'm gonna have to take the body panel off just to get to it .

Any suggestions on how to do this will be greatly appreciated.
