Replaced OEM CD player, lost bluetooth & USB...

So I accidentally fried my CD player, bought a replacement on ebay, hooked it up, and now discover that the new one isn't supporting bluetooth or the USB/iPod connections.

Were there really different Boost CD units for vehicles with different options? Do I need to go back and replace the damn thing again with one that supports bluetooth and USB?

I think the headunit is the same. You probably need to have a dealer program the USB/Bluetooth functions into it.

That would be a relief! I'll have to check with my dealer Monday... any idea if I could do it myself via www.minitechinfo.com?

I've heard that it is the same software that dealers use, so I would say yes. However the hardware required is a substantial investment.
