hey guys i'm putting back together the top end of my 2003 MCS and i need the cylinder head bolt specs when it comes to how much they need to be torque down plus i need the timing of the car as well! i've been looking online but i can't seem to find anything if any of u can help me out i'll appreciate it! happy motoring!

 

Head bolt specs are 40NM plus a 90 degree turn. You'll need a angle gauge to do this. I picked one up at Autozone for 10 bucks.

As for timing, line up the two arrows on the crankshaft gear to the two copper colored chain links, and then line up the arrow on the camshaft gear to the one copper colored chain link.
