New Mini in JRZ

I just picked up my little bugger on Wednesday night - still getting used to driving manually (have always driven auto), but I've never been so excited to get up in the AM and go to work!

Just saying hi!

Her at the dealer's right before I took her home:

Well, welcome to the NJ mini owners group. We all know the feeling that you are having. The good news is that you are going to continue having it for a long time. For that reason we all get together as often as possible for a driving "fix" every once in awhile. Keep checking in here at "MINI Owers of New Jersey" on a regular baisis to stay on top of what the locals are doing. You'll always find something happening on a fairly regular basis.

And good luck with your new MINI...oh...and watch out for the Mod syndrome it can get VERY adictive.

Hi Ed,
You need to update your signature. These powder coated wheels look very good

Gooey's red beauty will be looking great in the middle of our convoy to a faraway destination. Last time driving to Delaware we didn't have enough red... but plenty of yellow

Welcome to the club. It's a great car, a great group of drivers, and as you already know, great to drive.

Love the color

Why don't you come up to Hightstown next Friday night? (Exit 8 NJTP)
We meet at Anthony's Chicken and Grill right in the center of town.

Come on up and show off your MINI.

Have some wings and Corn Fritters and meet the cast and crew of "Drive-N-Eat" A wackier bunch of MINI owners you will never meet.

It's where the fun starts!!!

As one of the "Drive N Eat" crew I agree with Fred on this. We are a crazy bunch of Mini owners, but that is a good thing.

Sounds like fun, but I'll have to see what's up for next Friday - I usually spend weekends in DC, but I'll def get back to you!

I'm so down for wings!

On my way in to work early one morning this week I saw a red Mini on route #571 getting an invitation from a local police officer to come to a meeting at the court house. I hope it wasn't you Gooey!

Hey Pete;
Were you able to find a snow shovel or snow blower before the end of winter??

Fraid not.

I will have to buy one this fall. I can keep it in the box, though, because once I own a snowblower, it won't snow here for years.

You all can thank me later
