H&R Rear Swaybar

Just got a new 19mm for my 2006 JCW coupe with sport suspension and want advise on the setting. No track time, just spirited street driving. Thanks in advance!

I have the H&R bar on my 06 and went with the more aggressive setting. I find it makes the handling very neutral with some lift-off over-steer available, but very controllable.
