Ventus V12 EVO K110 - Any Impressions.

I've been looking for a decent (non-run flat) tire for the S-Lites I am picking up and stumbled upon a Car and Driver review which rated these tires as their 2nd choice for budget performance times. Anyone have an impressions of these on a Mini? I do a split of 40/60 back road (45mph) and highway (70mph) driving 110 miles daily.

Cheers!

Do a search. There are several of us running them and love them.

Hey there, I decided to purchase these tires to replace the stock run flats. At the same time I upgraded to some S-Lites. All I can say is 'Wow'!!! 300 miles with about half in torrential rain. They were great on dry and equally well in the wet. Definitely not as harsh as the run flats. The were very quiet, until I hit 75 mph. Then one of the rears developed a droning sound. Which immediately went away if I sped up or slowed down. I adjusted the tire pressure and will monitor.

put these on recently and so far I'm happy with them. Went on a run this weekend and got a chance to put them to the test. They held up great! not once did they squeal or break loose. felt very confident going into the turns at speed with these over my last set of Kumho's. Also these are very very quiet. no road noise at all. probably the best tire you'll find for under $100

Great tire and pretty good traction in the rain.

I had these installed at Pep Boys last month. It's my 3rd set of Hankook tires (I previously used the Ventus V4 es). Great grip and quiet. They should remain quiet throughout their tread life (all mine did). Cost for 205/45/R17s was about $95 each.

I got mine last October. To break them in I drove over and did some runs on the Dragon. I was coming from RE01R's and couldn't afford a replacement set. I was expecting some dissapointment, but they did a great job! They aren't as good as the RE01r's in ultimate grip or turn-in, but they ride much better and quieter and still handles great as well. Highly recommended, especially for the price

I have them also and am very satisfied! Put about 200 miles on them and then went to 1st autocross of the year. They performed really great, the only thing was that they gripped incredibly but when you run out of grip they seem to let go suddenly instead of gradually. They still need to be run in more so I'm thinking they will only improve. I would buy them again in a heartbeat!
