A friend of mine is with RSR Motorsports in Homestead Florida this week and called yesterday afternoon to report that Sarah Catteneo in her Cruiser America/Four Winds RV MINI COOPER S won Pole postion with a time of 1.31.810 @ 90.186 mph.

This her first full season with RSR Motorsports, becomes the first female driver since 2007 to win the pole.

Was called KONI Challenge, I think now called Continental Challenge under Grand-Am. In ST class.

It's now called the GRAND-AM Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge ST Class....I think.

 

Race Day Results:

#198 MINI took 3rd.

#197 MINI had engine problems.

#196 MINI had electrical/fuel problems.

Overall RSR was pleased taking 3rd place.
