I am happy to write that I have gone ahead and purchased my new to me MINI.
So far I think that it's the neatest little car and a hell of alot of fun to drive.

I got a low milage '05 Cooper S in October and apart from one slight problem that's now fixed, I love it. Swapped out my shitty runflats for Michelin Pilot A/S Plus tires on Saturday. Makes a huge diff to the ride quality (have yet to explore their performance, but will once they're broken in).
