Cool thanks for the quick response. I didn't want to look at this vehicle at all thinking it was a weird aftermarket exhaust.

 

Sorta looks like the Bundy Flute Exhaust Mod

When I first saw it some years back, it my first guess too It's a great rack system though, they sell multiple kits to tote along anything you could dream up.

Wonder if they ever made some sort of caps or covers for these to keep dirt out ? I have a similar custom set up behind my rear aero bumper but these things you see sticking out are behind it in mine and face downward. I use balloons stretched around them to keep dirt and grit out when not in use.
