Springs aren't settling, what's wrong?

So 2 weekends ago, my friend and I installed my new H&R springs k-huevo's how-to post. The driver's side looks normal/right, but the passenger side isn't settling and is higher than the stock height. Is that fixable?? The right springs are in the right spots.. what to do next??

Here are some pics (sorry for the quality):

How long has it been? Two weeks isn't enough time to let stuff settle. Mine took about two months fyi

There's some settling, but that front passenger side looks like it was re-assembled incorrectly or the spring isn't seated correctly or something. Cars only settle a little bit.

Best bet is to take off the front passenger strut and make sure you put it all back together correctly. There's something definitely wrong beyond just settling.

I'd say there may be something wrong. Usually the H&R's slam the car down and yours is sitting pretty high.

Yup even driver side front looks too high for H&R's. I'd check all corners

I'd second what everybody has already said. My car on H&R looked pretty low soon as the install was done. After two weeks, it had settled nicely (I drive quite a bit), and has been pretty much in the same height since.

Good luck,
Leo.

H&R's are often green. 90% of the MINI H&R springs I've seen have been green. I've only seen a few sets of red.

Your OP said "new"; where did you get them? (I guess I'm asking "new" or "new to you / used"?)

H&R uses a pre-sagging technique they call something like Blok Setting, which all but eliminates spring settling once they are on the car. There may be some bushing movement which can settle the car a little bit, but, I think you have an installation problem. Also check the serial numbers on the coils of the springs. I think they are upside down on the H&Rs but you should be able to read them with a little neck craining. Verify that they are consistent and that they are for your application.
