I was reading my manual for my Certified Pre-owned MINI. It referenced a Service and Warranty Information Booklet that I didn't have included. I emailed my sales associate twice regarding it and haven't heard back from her.

My question is does one exist and should I have gotten it with my car?

1. One certainly exists and comes with any new car

2. Was there one in your used car when the dealer acquired it is one question, if it was not there when they got the car I'd certainly not expect them to replace it.

3. Is a certified used car required to carry all new car documentation/manuals? Interesting question if you'd choose to pursue

I'd assume that because it's Certified it should come with all documentation. And, for a newbie -- I'd like to be able to keep up with the maintenance schedule (which I'm assuming is in the book).

What does come in the booklet? Maybe I'm getting frustrated over nothing necessary.

 

Mine came w/ an Owner's Manual, 'Radio Boost CD' manual, Service and Warranty Information, and a Dealer Directory - also a "flash card" MINI Safety Tips (sealbelts, don't close your fingers in the window, etc)...

Most of the S & W manual is checklists for Inspections and Maintenace...

A CPO should have it's own information (?), I'd keep on the dealer to get one...
