Hey All,

I am curious, what is the material that racing stripes are made of? I know everything is 3M product and such but haven't thought about it much further then that. I am wondering if anyone has made up stripes using vinyl stickers. I have an opportunity to get a great deal from a friend who works at a place that makes vinyl stickers but I don't want to put it on if it will do damage. Is there a major difference? Enlighten me, please. :smile:

My 3M material is a 7 year vinyl sticker. Won't do anymore harm than any of the other vinyl stickers out there that are put on by the manufacturer's,
