Need Help! Newbie looking at some aftermarket wheels/tires!

Hey guys,

It's my first real post here asking for any kind of help. I'm looking at these rims and I feel like they'd be a good match looks wise on my MC. Take a look at this link.

http://blacksburg.craigslist.org/pts/1387880856.html

I'm wondering first of all, will they fit? Will they fit? Will they need spacers? Can I put them on myself? I know they don't have TPMS on them but will that cause a problem? I'm going to try to get them for less...how much would you guys pay?

Thanks so much for the input! Any input even negative is welcome as I need to learn.

-Kevin

The size seems right for a second gne MINI. You may need new lugs but they shoudl fit. You will need to get TPMS sensors or you will be constantly getting Tire Pressure warnings. You also may need centering rings. Your best bet would be to take it up to a tire center and ask. Ir may be best to spend the $100 or so to have a pro mount them. You shoudl have them torqued down too so unless you have a torque wrench, i would let the pros handle it.

These should work. That is the tire size that fits the 17" OEM wheel. I have a set of 215/35/18 NeoGen's and they are very nice tires.

Also I know that most Civic's donut spares will fit our cars.

Only info to double check would be lug size. MINI's take 14mm
