Well, I waited relatively patiently for the 2000km mark to come and on my way home from work tonight it finally did.

Now I can drive my car the way it was meant to be driven! woohoo!

 

Just picked up my car from the dealer 1.5 weeks ago. I'm only 10% there. Hope to get there quicker when I get the clear bra installed tmorrow.

 

I finally hit the 1200 mile mark the other day too. Let just say I do a lot more "spirited" driving then i did pre-break.

Oh man, I remember the day I broke my car in. Even gradual increases in rpm plastered a smile on my face.

The cool thing about the MCS break-in period, though (not sure about the MC), is that you can shift up to 4500rpm (not at overboost, though, IIRC), so you can have fun until you reach 1200 miles.

 

oh yes, i still enjoyed it up to this point. but now I'm positively LOVING it.
