Looks good, legal in your state? If you like it, I vote, yes.

Don't see the point of yellowing the headlights, especially when they are Xenon..

all I have to say is: Aye carumba! No mas, no mas, por favor.

(read: I think it looks cheesy and cheap. A dark Joey mod maybe, but yellow? Yecch.) >smilie vomiting<

Pretty strong reaction. We do need a few more smilies.

If it is legal, I like the combination. Of course, I don't like Joey mod on the R56, but that is my opinion.

Everyone has an opinion.

I love these comments. Especially the negative ones. They make lol. Anyways. What's a Joey mod? It's only 44.00 at the Alta site. I'll try it if it looks cheesy I'll take it off.

Your car your choice, but since you asked...

Do you realize that adding yellow tint will lower your light output? You paid good money for those xenon lights, don't put sunglasses on them.

On the plus side you will get to meet many nice people who drive Crown Vic's.

Joey mod- take the lenses off the headlights and basically paint everything black, or silver would look good in your case. Pretty much the same look as tinting them but you don't lose light output.

There are numerous threads on here on how to do it. It's really not that hard.

This is my car, but I have the halogens:

Joey mod looks cool.

Yellow tint......not so much.

But it is your MINI, build it to suit you.

If you want yellow lights, I'll trade you for my Halogens!
Just tint the fog/running lights. Get some clear LaminX for the headlights to protect them.

I have to agree with both Shoof & Crashton, as it appears to defeat the purpose of those Xenon lights that you've got!

IMHO I would steer clear of those yellow lights... Just my $.02

The final arbiter is YOU... Whatever trips your trigger!

Motor On!
