So I had a coworker come to me this morning asking me about my MINI. She is considering buying a MINI Cabrio S or non S she is not sure. And she was wondering if it would cost more here in Florida or in California. I would think that it would cost more in Cali cause most things are more expensive there. She is super interested like to the point of when I showed her the picture of the new Coopster she was like where can I buy one of those. Well thank you in advance for your answers.

 

Can you explain why someone in Florida would be interested in prices in California?
I would think you could get the best price in the Midwest. However, you'd have to consider the effects of winter.
If you're looking for the best price almost anywhere... buy privately.

 

If you are thinking new, not much different. The price is going to be the price, as most Mini dealers stay around msrp. My guess is that because Florida is in the economic tank that it would be the best place used.

 

Assuming we are talking used prices...

My time is kinda split between California and Kansas (guess,which I like better?). When I was looking for my MINI S (used) two years ago, I found the used MINIs to be cheaper in California than in Kansas...


Don't know that it's true today...
