My first trackday
My first trackday
Did the BMW DE this weekend at Barber. It was a blast. I would highly recommend it for anyone with a mini. You will hang with anyone on the track. I had a bunch of M3's, 911's(one turbo), m5. It was a kick, especially to get the point by from pretty much everyone in my group.

Mini on the track
I was in Birmingham for a concert Saturday night and stopped by the Barber museum for the first time. Really impressive. While there I was watching the cars on the track and saw a Mini race by. I made several pictures, here is one below. I thought there might be somebody here talking about it. If you want more let me know.

Kevin,
That was not me in the silver MCS. It was a guy named Matt from Hville. He was in the C group and I was in D, but we did run one combined run. I haven't made it into the museum yet, but have heard nothing but kudos. There were four people from Florence at the DE so it was a blast, even though we all were in different groups- with me, the newb, at the bottom- but hope to change that quickly
