I went out, was walking towards my car and crap... A piece is missing out of my rear bumper. It was just a little black plastic piece that kinda snaps in.

Its annoying the crap out of me. It's a non essential piece but I have no idea what it's called and I dont' know where I can get another one.

Any help?

 

According to realOEM.com, it's called a 'Finisher rear fog light' (because it covers the hole where we Yurpeens have our rear fog light):

Glad to hear it's only $13. I figured it'd be at least $40 for some stupid aesthetic part that doesn't really matter. Hehehe.

 

If you wanted, you can buy the rear fog light 'lens' instead of the cheap grill filler. Looks a lot more finished imo and u can even wire it into the brake lights to add more rear lighting. Outmotoring.com sells them

 

Do that! Your already buying a $13 part.
