To all the 2004 MINI owners: Did you guys ever get access to the owners manual in the owners lounge? Or was the frst time you saw the manual upon delivery. All I can find in my Ol is the unauthorized manual.

 

I've heard others talk about the offical OM being in the lounge, but I've never seen it.

They really do hide the new manual. Just login to the owners lounge. Once in click on the "Your MINI" link at the top of the page. You'll then see a page with the *real* 04 owners manual on the left hand side. Pretty much the same as the 03 stuff.

Hi Mike:

I checked - it's there all right. Thanks for the tip. But I wish the new manual was there also for the '04 Sat. Navigation system since it is now DVD-based instead of CD-based. Guess I'll just have to wait until mine arrives in two more months or so.
