Where to have a pulley installed?

I have done a search, and can't find a good place to have a SC pulley installed on my 03 cooper s.

I read through the DIY install thread, and it looks pretty tough, so I think I am going to seek professional help. I am in the Boston area. Have any of you had them installed by Mini dealerships? If so, how much do they usually charge? What should I look for in an installer? How much do you guys generally pay?

Thanks!

Greasy's Garage in Worcester comes highly recommended, though I haven't yet made it there myself.

Thanks TimL for remembering me, lol! epanarese, if you read my post (4th post down) I'd suggest contacting either Turner Motorsports or Bavarian Performance Group. The dealership most definitely would not perform this work for you and I couldn't tell you how much the job would be as I did it myself. If you decide to go that route, I could be persuaded to help and you may find other willing helpers on MassMotoring club. Tell us how it goes!

Greasy's Garage

I would actually go to Greasy's Garage. The owner/mechanic Pete has been my go to guy for all the mods of my car. He's also one of the creators of the MassMotoringClub. He's a expert with the MINI and actually has two of them in his family. He's the mechanic for most of our local club. Pete's done over 200 pulley changes and can do one in 20 minutes flat. (His personal best record)

The mods done on my car are:
-Pulley
-Intake
-Exhaust
-Clutch and Flywheel
-Brakes
-Rear sway bar

His work is exceptional and the prices are better than fair. If you want you can always contact me and I can let you try out a MINI with a 17% pulley. Let me know.
