Some automotive photos....
Was Austin Healey?!?!
Wow, where was this car show? Do you have any more AH photos you can share...
Oh, outstanding posted photos too (as always)!
Really dig the Alfa valve cover!

When I got out of the AF (4 year hitch) in 74 I needed a car. Found a 62 Austin Healey 3000 mk II (BT7) in a carport with a sack of potatos on the bonnet. The car had a few broken spokes (48 spoke wheels) the three carbs were out of sync and it ran very rough.
The car was my daily driver for the next 10 years. During that time I autocrossed, rallied, took 3 or 4 trips to Florida - two by way of Tuscaloosa AL. Finally the motor gave out but only after the road rally was over (it was a night rally). I was in school at the time and had to sell the car - but still have the owners manuel. I am still in touch with friends Healey friends.
In 74 if you saw another Healey on the road you didn't wave. You stopped and and had a conversation.
Thanks for the pic and the chance to relive some good times.
