I'm throwing this out there for any thoughts on a meeting place:

Montvale Service Area is the last service area on the Garden State Parkway (GSP) North Extension; Mile Marker 171. It's also right before hitting the Tappan Zee Bridge.

Parking Area between the Gas Area & Food Service.

Around 0930 or 1000 (Sorry about military time)
