What's my R56 Worth?

I will be selling my R56 soon to free up some money to pay for my MBA. It is a 2008 with the following options:
  • LSD
  • Premium Package (Hi-Fi, Sunroof, Auto Climate)
  • MFSW
  • Xenon
  • Rear Fogs
  • Clear bra installed when car was new
  • Mud flaps and rubber floor mats and trunk mat
As it sits, it has about 22k miles on it. It is in excellent overall condition with very few flaws. The car has had between interval oil changes as well as dealer service at the recommended intervals.

The bad thing is the car was rear ended (minor - no frame damage, only cosmetic) last fall. The quality of repair is good and paint match is perfect.

I am just wondering what I could expect to get for this car in a private party sale. I am thinking it should be worth in the high teens, but I wanted to get an opinion before I list it.

Check the usual places-KBB, Craigslist, Yahoo autos etc. Bottom line it's worth what someone is willing to pay, not what you think it's worth. A good place to start is ask yourself what you would pay for it if you were to buy it now.

I paid 16.9 for my 08 with 13K Miles and a clean Car Fax, it is an Auto with a lot of extras ...it does not have: Xenon, Rear Fogs or the Clear bra but it does have the other options yours has plus Climate and Bluetooth with the ipod adapter. I know I got a good deal but I think you will have to really price your well with the prior damage.

Wow, that is a really low price. I am surprised to see that.

FYI - I was offered $15k by the MINI dealer last week for mine as a trade in... I laughed and walked away...

(Mine is '07 but with more options and less miles)

These are Black Book numbers on an 07S.

14800 is rough 16600 is ave 18400 is clean 19400 is extra clean.

I've been offered $18,500 ACV on trade. ACV=Actual CAsh Value, not an inflated number where they "offer" you more for the trade and hide it in the price of the car. I have an 07S with 20k, all pkgs except navi.

No, LSD is a specific hardware system and ASC/DSC are software controlled multi-systems.
