Car starts and Keys not in the ignition

My R56 S non comfort access starts without the key being in the ignition. It doesnt happen all the time but Its been happening a lot more lately. Has this happened to anybody else.

If you stop the engine and don't open the door you can push the button again and it will start without the fob.

yep. Start. Shut down. Remove fob. Don't open door. Push start. Varoom.

Not a problem.

If you just got in and hit start........back to dealer.

If you just got in and don't have the key with you back to the dealer. If you just got in and have the key with you maybe you accidentally got the comfort access starting system.
