That is a Qvale Mangusta.

 

Qvale Mangusta, eh? Holy crap, only 276 produced?! That's pretty rare.

 

Yes they are rare. A number of years ago one was raced in the Trans Am race series.

I saw my first & only one a couple of years ago at an Italian car show. What blew me away was the Mustang motor under the hood.
